Jan. 11th, 2007 04:01 pmMy partners like seitan better than most "fake meat", and I do, too. We've been intending to try Joanne Stepaniak's seitan salami for a while (it's from Vegan Vittles, and tonight's the night. It's in the oven right now. I'll let you know how it turns out.
