My partners like seitan better than most "fake meat", and I do, too. We've been intending to try Joanne Stepaniak's seitan salami for a while (it's from Vegan Vittles, and tonight's the night. It's in the oven right now. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Well, it's not chilled yet, but it's pretty good. When it's all chilled, I'll slice it thinly, but we each had some of the still-warm stuff, and it's going on pizza in the next few days. If you click on the link, it should take you to the gallery with all the seitan photos.

Silly food is fun. :-) (Yes, I think vegan "meat" is silly food. So there.)
