Family favorites
Dec. 30th, 2008 11:21 pmThese are some of my family's favorite low-fat vegan recipes. I'm just putting them here for my reference at this point:
1) Mashed potatoes and chickpea gravy
2) Almost anything else made with chickpea gravy -- farmer's pie, pot pie, etc.
3) TVP soft tacos or burritos
4) Spaghetti with tomato sauce, with or without TVP
5) Udon soup
6) Steamed seitan in anything
7) Miso soup
8) Split-pea soup
9) Tahini rotini
10) Vegan caesar salad
11) Chana dal (or, really, any dal, especially if there's naan to be had)
12) Curry
13) Vegan sushi
