Menu Monday

On the weekends, I work on getting the week's menus together, so Mondays will be when you see my week's menus. Exciting, I know, but hey, it saves me money, time, and angst to know ahead of time what's planned for dinners, even if I don't follow the plan 100% of the time.

This week's menus:

Monday (today): Tacos
Tuesday: Udon soup with tofu and veggies
Wednesday: Garbanzo curry and rice
Thursday: Pork and sauerkraut
Friday: Spaghetti and veggies
Saturday: Red beans and rice
Sunday: Lasagne (doing bulk-cooking day at stonebender's place
