someotherguy and I were curious about how the New York Times bread would turn out if I used a loaf pan covered with foil instead of the pot method. It's still good stuff, though it looks a little odd.
Yummy. That would be fantastic on this cold snowy day. I need to make that bread. I even got an oven-safe pan for christmas, just so I could make it, and still haven't!
