Ravioli dough!

(I used 4 medium eggs because I didn't have large ones handy. Also, bread flour because that's what I keep on hand.)

I'll try to remember to take pictures. We haven't decided yet what to fill them with.

I usually use just eggs and flour, and I like to make half the flour semolina. Whole wheat pasta is also really good.

Homemade pasta is just the best. I am looking forward to seeing what you do with it :).

Yeah - that's pretty close to what I use for pasta. Yum!

Mixed mushrooms (crimini, oyster, shiitake) in half; spinach and fresh whole-milk ricotta in the other. LOTS of leftover filling, so that's getting heated up as a side dish. Probably just toss the ravioli with butter and parmesan rather than masking the flavor with anything.

Sorry I missed your birthday thing. Thought of you, but our life has been so incredibly life-like lately.
