someotherguy has been craving spaghetti. Made sauce of a tiny bit of oil, some onion, garlic, basil, tomato sauce, half a pound of sliced mushrooms, and the rest of the frozen fava beans. Simmered for a few hours, and the beans completely disintegrated, leaving just a nice texture. Roasted some halved yellow summer squash in the oven with some of the organic salt-free blend I got at Costco. I love this stuff. I've been eating it on popcorn, too, and I added a teaspoon to a loaf of bread and it made it taste kind of like stuffing. ;-)
