serenecookingThe homemade falafel was Madhur Jaffrey's recipe from Madhur Jaffrey's World of the East Vegetarian Cooking. Better than any pre-made mix I've bought, and they'll be even better after I get a food grinder. I've bid on this one because it's cheaper than getting the attachment to my KitchenAid, but we'll see.
