I accidentally had the lamb on low instead of high for the last two hours (in the slow-cooker). In the old days, I would have thrown it all away -- $8 worth of lamb, plus the other ingredients. These days, I am a lot less neurotic about food, but I'll still kinda look at it funny before I eat it.

As long as the lamb itself hits an internal temp of 140F or so, it should be fine.
