I used the lemon juice option. Also, I skipped the tahini and the chicken-flavor powder, and added a teaspoon of Costco organic no-salt seasoning, which makes things taste chickenish.
Really yummy. I'll make it again. It made about 4.5 cups, and I think a serving is more like 3/4 of a cup, or 1/6 of the recipe, but I'm a volume eater. :-)
